CBRE – Microsoft (Current)
FMP SFP IFMA McKinsey CBRE IFM I & II HVAC/R Cert

I started as a technician. Today I lead people — and the credentials behind that shift were earned on purpose, not by accident. Over a decade managing complex operations across commercial, technology, hospitality, and healthcare environments has been paired with two IFMA global designations, the McKinsey leadership pathways, and CBRE's integrated facilities management program.

That combination is the point: I can still read a chiller log and troubleshoot an MEP system, and I can build the team, the strategy, and the metrics that keep a portfolio performing. Leadership development isn't a line item on my resume — it's the discipline I've invested the most in.

Currently serving as Workplace Experience/Facilities Manager at CBRE — Microsoft in Hillsboro, OR, where I lead high-performing cross-functional teams, manage enterprise-level contracts, and deliver best-in-class workplace experiences.

Credentialed
to Lead

I didn't stop at the technical trade. Every designation and program below was chosen deliberately — to lead people, not just buildings.

Technician Engineer Manager People Leader The tools changed. The standard didn't — build the team, then build the outcome.
